# Ash settings

> How Ash talks, how it greets, who it alerts, and what it can do.

In **Settings → Ash**, you decide how Ash behaves with your customers: its tone, its greeting, its rules, the messages it sends on its own, and who on your team it alerts when a person is needed.

## Who gets escalations

In **Team alerts → Who gets escalations**, you choose the people Ash alerts when it hands a conversation to someone. It messages them on WhatsApp. [See escalations →](/en/clientes/escalaciones.md)

## Problems

If something in the service fails, you'll see it in **Settings → Ash → Problems**.
