# Files Ash sends

> Upload your price list, your payment details, or your catalog, and choose which ones Ash can send to your customers.

Ash can **send files** to your customers: your price list, your payment details, a catalog, or a brochure. They live in **Settings → Business → Company files**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> These aren't the same as the files you imported into **Context**. Ash learned from those; it doesn't send them.

## Upload a file

**1. Open Company files**

Go to **Settings → Business → Company files** and tap **View files**.

**2. Upload it**

Tap **Upload** and choose the file: PDF, Word, Excel, or image.

**3. Tell Ash what it is**

Write what it is and when to send it. For example: *Price list, when they ask how much it costs*.

**4. Turn on Ash sends it**

It starts off. Turn on **Ash sends it** so Ash sends it on its own when a customer asks for it.

> [!WARNING]
>
> A file with **Ash sends it** turned on can reach any customer. Don't turn it on for internal documents.

## Check that it works

In **Test it**, ask for the file the way a customer would: *"Can you send me the price list?"*.
