# Context

> Everything Ash knows about your business: topics, facts, and their status. How to add, edit, and turn off facts.

**Context** is what Ash knows about your business. It's organized into **topics**, and each topic has **facts**. Ash only answers with active facts.

## The topics

| Topic | What goes there |
| - | - |
| **Your company** | Who you are, where you are, how to reach you. |
| **Services** | What you offer and how each service works. |
| **Prices and payment** | Prices, what they depend on, deposit, and payment methods. |
| **Policies** | Cancellations, guarantees, what you don't include. |
| **FAQ** | What people ask you most and how you answer. |

Some industries come with extra topics; movers, for example, have **Moving day**. If one is missing, tap **New topic**.

## The status of each fact

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Active** | Ash uses it with your customers. |
| **New** | Ash learned it and is waiting for your review. It doesn't use it yet. |
| **Off** | It's saved, but Ash doesn't use it. |

## Add or change a fact

**1. Open a topic**

In **Context**, tap the topic. For example, **Prices and payment**.

**2. Write the fact**

Tap **Add fact** and write a single idea.

**3. Save it**

Save it and test it in **Test it**.

> Write it the way you'd tell a new employee. "A local move starts at \$3,600" is better than a long paragraph.

## What Ash learned from your files

Below, in **Everything Ash knows**, are the files you imported. Ash learned from them, but it doesn't send them to your customers. That's what [company files](/en/ash/archivos.md) are for.
