# Questions and services

> The questions Ash asks in every conversation and the services you sell.

## Questions

**Settings → Questions** has the questions Ash asks when it helps a customer. Tap **Add question** and write it the way you'd ask it.

> Only ask what you need to quote or book. Fewer questions, more customers answer.

## Services

**Settings → Services** has what you sell. Tap **Add service** and write the name and what it is.
