# Troubleshooting

> What to check when Ash doesn't answer, answers wrong, doesn't book, or something won't connect.

## Ash doesn't answer

> **On WhatsApp**
>
> 1. In **Integrations**, the **WhatsApp** card should say Ash answers on your number.
> 2. In the chat, **Agent replies** should be on.
> 3. Check that your subscription or trial is still active.

> **By phone**
>
> 1. In **Numbers**, your voice number should say **Active**.
> 2. If it says **Inactive** or **No number assigned**, message us.

## Ash answers wrong

> **It gives wrong information**
>
> Find the fact in **Context** and fix it or turn it off. Ask again in **Test it**.

> **It says it doesn't know something I taught it**
>
> Check that the fact is **Active**, not **New** or **Off**.

> **It does something I don't want**
>
> Add a rule in **Settings → Ash → Rules**.

## Ash doesn't book

> **It doesn't offer any times**
>
> Check that the calendar says **Connected** in **Team**, and check your **Business hours**.

> **The calendar says Reconnect**
>
> Tap **Reconnect** and give permissions again in Google.

Message us on WhatsApp from **Settings → Support**. Tell us what happened and when, and send a screenshot.
