# Conversations

> All your WhatsApp chats and calls in one place, plus your list of customers.

**Conversations** has every WhatsApp chat and every call Ash handled.

## Two ways to view them

* **Inbox**: the list of chats and calls on the left, the conversation in the middle, and the customer panel on the right.
* **Table**: all conversations in rows, to review many at once.

Above the list, you can filter by **Escalated** and by unread.

## What each row shows

* The customer and a summary of the conversation.
* Their stage, like **New** or **Customer**.
* Their temperature: **Hot**, **Warm**, or **Cold**, based on how close they are to buying.

## Your customers

**Customers**, in the side menu, has every person who messaged or called you. Search by name or number.

A customer is created when they message or call you. You can't add them by hand or import lists: that way your list only has real people who reached out to you.
