# Pipeline

> The stages of your conversations and your jobs, who moves the cards, and how to change the stages.

In **Pipeline**, you see what stage each customer is in. It has two tabs: **Conversations** and **Jobs**.

## Conversations

| Stage | What it means |
| - | - |
| **First contact** | The customer just messaged or called. |
| **Interested** | They asked for information or a price. |
| **Quoted** | They already got a quote. |
| **Paid** | They paid. |
| **Lost** | They didn't move forward. |

## Jobs

Each job goes through **Discovery**, **Prospect**, **To quote**, **Pre-quoted**, **Quote sent**, and **Accepted**. Finished jobs are under the **Closed** filter.

## Who moves the cards

* **Ash** moves cards forward on its own as the conversation moves along.
* **If you drag a card**, it stays where you put it. Only a quote, an appointment, or a confirmed payment moves it again.

## Change the stages

Open a column's **…** menu to rename it. You can also add columns.
