# Subscription

> Your free trial, the plans, your card, your receipts, and what happens if you cancel.

Your subscription is in **Settings → Subscription**.

## Before you start

Only the **Owner** and **Admins** can choose, change, or cancel the subscription. If you can't, you'll see *Ask the owner to turn it on*.

## Your free trial

You start with **7 free days of the Scale plan**. At the top of the dashboard you see how many days you have left.

> When the trial ends, Ash stops answering until you pick a plan.

## The plans

There are three plans: **Startup**, **Scale**, and **Enterprise**. You pay by card, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. See what each one includes at [agentash.ai/precios](https://agentash.ai/precios).

## Pick a plan

**1. Open Subscription**

Go to **Settings → Subscription** and tap **Choose subscription**, or tap **Subscribe** in the notice at the top.

**2. Pick your plan**

Pick the plan and how often you pay.

**3. Pay**

Tap **Start** and pay with your card.

## Your card and receipts

* **Card**: tap **Change** or **Add**.
* **Receipts**: each one has its **PDF**.

## Change or cancel

| You want to… | Tap |
| - | - |
| Change plans | **Change subscription** |
| Cancel | **Cancel**, tell us why, and confirm **Yes, cancel** |
| Come back | **Reactivate** |

If you cancel, **Ash stays active until the end of the period you already paid for**. At the top of the dashboard you'll see the date, with the **Reactivate** button.
