# Your day on Home

> What you see on Home and what to do with each card: what's missing, escalations, what Ash didn't know, appointments, and payments.

**Home** is the first thing you see when you log in. At the top are your numbers for the period; to the side, what needs your attention.

## Your numbers

Four numbers for the period: **new customers**, **quotes**, **collected**, and **time saved**, with a chart of your quotes.

## What needs your attention

| Card | What it shows | What to do |
| - | - | - |
| **Get started** | What's left before Ash can start answering. | Finish each step. [See →](/en/inicio-rapido/conecta-tus-canales.md) |
| **Escalations** | Customers Ash handed to a person who are still waiting. | Take care of them. [See →](/en/clientes/escalaciones.md) |
| **Context** | What Ash couldn't answer. | Add the missing info. [See →](/en/ash/cuando-ash-no-sabe.md) |
| **Calendar** | Your appointments for the next 7 days. | Review them. [See →](/en/calendario/como-agenda.md) |
| **Payments to confirm** | Receipts your customers sent. | Confirm them. [See →](/en/clientes/pagos.md) |
| **Payments due** | Payments that haven't come in yet. | Follow up. |

When a card is empty, it says so in one line. That way you know it's up to date.
