# Teach Ash your business

> Gather what Ash needs to know, upload it to Context, and turn on what it understood.

Ash answers with what's in **Context**. The fastest way to fill it is to give it what you already have.

## Before you start: your worksheet

Answer these before you upload anything. It saves you back-and-forth.

| What do you need to know to give a quote? | **Settings → Questions** |

| What should Ash never do? | **Settings → Ash → Rules** |
| When should Ash hand the conversation to you? | **Rules** |
| Who takes over when Ash hands off the conversation? | **Settings → Ash → Team alerts** |

## Import what you already have

Gather your price list (PDF, Excel, Word, or a photo), your policies, and the questions you get asked most.

**1. Open Context**

In the side menu, go to **Context**.

**2. Tap Import files**

Tap **Import files**. **Give Ash everything you have** opens. Tap **Choose files**, or paste text and tap **Add text**.

**3. Review what it understood**

In **Here's what Ash understood** you'll see the info it pulled out, sorted by topic.

**4. Turn them on**

Tap **Turn on all** so Ash uses them, or **Later** to review them at your own pace.

> Ash doesn't use new info until you turn it on. Check your prices before you turn them on.

## Check that it works

1. Go to **Context → Test it**.
2. Ask something that's in your files, like a price.
3. Ask something that's **not** in them. Ash should say a person will confirm.
