# WhatsApp costs

> What Meta charges for WhatsApp is already included in your Ash subscription.

You pay for one thing: your Ash subscription. We pay what Meta charges for WhatsApp.

## What Meta charges

Meta charges for **templates**: the messages sent after the 24 hours. Replying to a customer within the 24 hours has no Meta cost.

We cover those charges and they're included in your subscription. You don't need to add a payment method in Meta.

## Your Ash subscription

It covers Ash, the dashboard, and Meta's WhatsApp charges. You pay it in **Settings → Subscription**. [See plans →](/en/cuenta/suscripcion.md)
