These aren’t the same as the files you imported into Context. Ash learned from those; it doesn’t send them.
Upload a file

Open Company files
Go to Settings → Business → Company files and tap View files.

Upload it
Tap Upload and choose the file: PDF, Word, Excel, or image.

Tell Ash what it is
Write what it is and when to send it. For example: Price list, when they ask how much it costs.

Turn on Ash sends it
It starts off. Turn on Ash sends it so Ash sends it on its own when a customer asks for it.
Check that it works
In Test it, ask for the file the way a customer would: “Can you send me the price list?”.Next steps
