Import what you already have

Gather your price list (PDF, Excel, Word, or a photo), your policies, and the questions you get asked most.

Open Context

In the side menu, go to Context.

Tap Import files

Tap Import files. Give Ash everything you have opens. Tap Choose files, or paste text and tap Add text.

Review what it understood

In Here’s what Ash understood you’ll see the info it pulled out, sorted by topic.

Turn them on

Tap Turn on all so Ash uses them, or Later to review them at your own pace.

Ash doesn’t use new info until you turn it on. Check your prices before you turn them on.
