Open Rules
Go to Settings → Ash and find the Rules card.

Write the rule
In Write a rule…, write a single instruction.

Save it
Tap Add.

What Ash should or shouldn’t do, one rule per line.
Rules are short instructions Ash always follows. For example: “Never give discounts” or “If they ask about invoices, hand the conversation to a person”.
Each rule shows who suggested it: You or Suggested by Ash.
