When Ash hands a conversation to a person, it messages the people you picked in Settings → Ash → Team alerts → Who gets escalations on WhatsApp.The bell
The bell is at the top right. It has three tabs: All, Escalations, and Calls. Tap Mark all as read to clear it. Payments don’t come as alerts: you see them on Home. We don’t send email alerts.Sound for new messages
In Settings → Notifications → In the app, turn Sound for new messages on or off. It only applies to the device where you change it.Next steps
