When a customer sends you their receipt on WhatsApp, Ash reads it (where they paid, how much, and when) and saves it for you to confirm.

Confirm a receipt

Open Payments to confirm

On Home, under Payments to confirm, tap the receipt.

Review it

In Confirm payment, check the Customer, the Amount, the Date, and what it’s for.

Confirm it

Tap Confirm payment. Ash lets the customer know.
If it’s not a payment, tap Not a payment. To review it later, tap Later.

The payment plan

A job can be paid in parts. In the customer panel, you see Payment plan with each part: Amounts can be in MXN or USD. If a payment isn’t part of the plan, choose Something else. On Home, you also see Payments due.

Record a payment by hand

If you got paid some other way, tap Record a manual payment: upload the receipt, choose which payment it’s for, enter the amount, how they paid, and the date, and tap Save payment. No one is notified.
