Conversations

Conversations has every WhatsApp chat and every call Ash handled.

Two ways to view them

• Inbox: the list of chats and calls on the left, the conversation in the middle, and the customer panel on the right.
• Table: all conversations in rows, to review many at once.

Above the list, you can filter by Escalated and by unread.

What each row shows

• The customer and a summary of the conversation.
• Their stage, like New or Customer.
• Their temperature: Hot, Warm, or Cold, based on how close they are to buying.

Your customers

Customers, in the side menu, has every person who messaged or called you. Search by name or number. A customer is created when they message or call you. You can’t add them by hand or import lists: that way your list only has real people who reached out to you.
